Bill.com, which works in cloud-based software to help simplify, digitize and automate back-office processes, has new integrations with Microsoft products to help boost control of finances, a press release said on Monday (April 19).

The release said the company’s partner ecosystem will expand with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics 365 GP.

These features will help customers access more control of their financial processes, save time and scale through the power of integrations’ accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) services, which come with intelligent workflow automations and payments.

Per the release, Bill.com Sync and Microsoft Dynamics customers will be able to save time with a reduction in manual data entry and offerings of flexible single-click payment options.

The easier payables and receivables management will consist of customers being able to manage cash flow in real time, set up their payables and receivables within days and then get paid easily.

Per the release, customers can stay in control at all times, through management of approval policies and custom workflows, ensuring payment accuracy and timeliness, and reduction of errors and risks.

“We are thrilled to bring our Microsoft Dynamics 365 relationship to market to power payments processes for small and midsize businesses, helping them build efficient payment workflows, simplify their AP and AR management, and scale with stronger financial process control,” said Josh Goines, senior vice president of strategic partnerships and business development for Bill.com. “Cash flow is the lifeline for small and midsize companies, and at such a crucial time in our economy, it is important that we can deliver the digital tools and innovation to help them succeed.”

Last December, Bill.com also worked with Wells Fargo on a new feature for AP automation intended for smaller businesses.

The feature is called Bill Manager and will integrate cloud processes from Bill.com with Wells Fargo’s digital banking service. It has made a paperless service offering simplicity, visibility and control, according to the companies, and will help companies electronically capture bills and invoices.
